The Protestant Church of St. Severin is characterized by its simple architectural design and the contrasting, opulently carved, listed interior, such as the altarpiece from the early 16th century, the carved pulpit from the 18th century and the one on the west and Wooden galleries on twisted columns on the north side. The lack of symmetry in the interior underlines the special effect of the church room, but also requires a special and reserved lighting concept. Here, the static tie rods below the dome were chosen as the lighting location and subtly rebuilt with special constructions and efficient and very well shielded lighting technology in the smallest possible design, which ensure both the basic and the accent lighting with a brilliant lighting effect.
