Lighting Design for New Work Spaces
Room for new ideas: The FIEGE x-Dock on the B-Side of Münster's city harbour offers 550 new jobs for various business units and start-ups of the FIEGE Group. In addition to inviting New Work office and conference rooms, the modern property has its own restaurant directly on the water, a large workshop area, a modern auditorium, an underground car park, and a large terrace on the front part of the roof with a view over the city.

The project team of KOBER LICHPLANER was intensively involved in the planning and implementation process and was responsible for the lighting design for the interior and exterior areas of this newly built office building, as well as daylight calculations. In addition to high energy efficiency, visual comfort and atmosphere were particularly important in the specifications for the innovative working environments. The highly integrative functional lighting was supplemented by atmospheric object luminaires, which also serve, for example, to brighten the ceiling.
